Scottish Slate Tiles
Scottish slate is an extremely durable material that has been used for many years. Scottish slate is highly waterproof and fire resistant and generally comes in a blue-grey colour, depending which quarry we source from in Scotland. Scottish slate tiles are coarser, irregular in shape and slightly thicker than its competitors on the market. Scottish slate is also used for heritage and older style buildings to maintain the authentic look.
Spanish Slate Tiles
Spanish slate offers all the qualities of Scottish slate apart from the appearance, which is a blue-black colour and being slightly textured. Due to their aesthetic appeal, Spanish slate is not only used for roofing but also flooring in some properties.

Re-roofing Overlay
Is your roof damaged? If you require a new layer of roofing material over your existing one known as an 'overlay', then we can accommodate. Re-roofing will cost you less and is a less disruptive process.
Full-re-Roofing
This is where we remove the whole of the roof completely. The roof will be thoroughly inspected and any damaged areas of the underlying deck will be repaired first.
Partial-re-Roofing
If there are only certain areas of your roof that need repair, then we can do just that. We will do a thorough inspection prior to any works commencing.

The uPVC dry verge (also referred to as plastic ridge capping) is specially designed to neaten up roof edges and block any gaps that could permit infestation of the roof space. It makes an attractive, no-maintenance edging to any roof. It can be retro-fitted to existing buildings.

I can not recommend Stormproof highly enough, from the first visit to completion they have been professional, polite and workers. They started on the day stated and despite the horrendous weather the boys continued to work but did not compromise on safety or standards. We had one very minor leak once the roof was stripped and that was rectified immediately. The final job is excellent, they even cleaned the new facials and guttering. Once the final pieces of their equipment is gone, you would not no they had been, so efficient is the tidy up.
We have just had our roof totally replaced by Stormproof, Fort William. We would highly recommend them. They started when they said they would, worked solidly every day till they finished and made a great job of clearing up afterwards . They are also a friendly team. We are very pleased with their work and the roof looks great.
